If the client rejects your submission, you have 48 hours to trigger an AI dispute. The AI reviews your proof link against the agreed task description and makes a binding decision — 100% to you or 100% to the client. No partial payouts, no ambiguity. A $1 dispute fee is deducted from the winner's payout — it keeps the system self-sustaining and penalizes overconfidence, not participation.

MVP supports USDT on TRC20 (Tron network) only. TRC20 was chosen for its near-zero gas fees, making it practical for small $50–$150 gigs. Any wallet that supports TRC20 USDT — including TronLink, Trust Wallet, and many exchanges — works. No fiat on-ramp in the initial version.

Nobody — the smart contract does. GigPayo runs the UI and the AI agent, but we never control the funds. The escrow contract is non-custodial: only the agreed conditions (proof accepted, or 48h timeout) can release it. We cannot freeze, redirect, or access your funds.

Any digital deliverable with a verifiable proof link. Examples: a published tweet or thread, a merged GitHub PR, a live article URL, a Discord post. The AI verifies the proof deterministically — "does this URL contain the agreed keyword?" — so tasks with clear, linkable outputs work best. Multi-milestone projects and physical deliverables are not supported in v1.

The base platform fee is 1% of the project value (minimum $0.50). That covers the smart contract interaction and AI verification. There are no subscription fees, no listing fees, and no withdrawal fees beyond network gas. If you trigger a dispute, a $1 dispute fee applies — deducted from the winner.
